Do I need any experience to start?
Not for our beginner courses. The SSPC (Beginner), Indoor Technique sessions and Group Day Events are designed for complete first-timers. Our more advanced courses (Fast Track SSPC, SMPC, AMPC) have climbing requirements, listed on each course.
What equipment do I need to bring?
Bring your own climbing shoes, harness and helmet if you can — all other technical equipment is provided. For multi-pitch courses you'll also carry some personal kit, shared once your booking is confirmed. Group day events need no equipment; for indoor sessions your own shoes are advisable, but rental is available.
How big are the groups?
Small and personal — a maximum of 4 climbers per instructor. Group day events accommodate up to 30 people.
When do courses run?
Each Spring and Autumn, and at other times when weather and demand allow. Get in touch and we'll find dates that work.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes — the SSPC, Fast Track SSPC, SMPC and AMPC all award a certificate on successful completion. The 1:1 sessions, outdoor guiding and group day events are not certified courses.
How do I book and pay?
Use the form below, email, DM or message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange everything. A 50% deposit secures your spot, with the balance due 5 days before the course starts.

Where do the courses take place?
At indoor gyms in Nicosia and on crags across Cyprus, depending on the course and conditions.
