Information you give us through our enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, the course or session you're interested in, and anything you write in your message.
Information you send us directly by email or Instagram direct message.
We do not collect payment card details through this website.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiries.
To arrange, confirm and deliver your course, session or event, including scheduling and sharing kit lists.
To manage bookings, deposits and payments.
To keep records of participants for safety and administration.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform that contract, and our legitimate interest in running our climbing services safely.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with other CMCOF-certified instructors who collaborate with Verticalis where needed to deliver your course; with service providers that help us operate (such as our website host and form provider); or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal or administrative requirements, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
