Refund Policy

Deposits and balance

A 50% deposit secures your place. The remaining 50% is due no later than 5 days before the course or event starts.

If you cancel

21 or more days before the start date: full refund.
10–21 days before the start date: 50% refund.
Less than 10 days before the start date: no refund.
Replacement found: if we can fill your place with another participant, you receive a full refund regardless of when you cancel.

If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel or reschedule a course or event — for example due to insufficient numbers, weather or safety — you will be offered a transfer to another date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

How to request a refund or transfer

Email maria.andronicou@gmail.com with your name and the course or event you booked. Refunds are made using your original payment method.
